Christopher P. Muenzen, MD
A lifelong resident of New Jersey, he graduated with a degree in history and economics from Cornell University, and completed a master’s degree from Yale University. He graduated from New Jersey Medical School in Newark, NJ, in 1984, and completed his residency in internal medicine at George Washington University in Washington, DC, in 1987. Board-certified, after practicing for three years in northern Virginia, he has been practicing for over a quarter-century in Long Valley. He is a clinical assistant professor of medicine at the medical school in Newark, and has the privilege of teaching medical students in his office. He is an attending physician at Morristown Medical Center.
Charles J. Carey, PA-C
He graduated from the Yale University Physician Associate Program in 1996. He began his career as a Physician Assistant in Emergency Medicine prior to joining Dr. Muenzen in 2001. He has an MBA in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh. Prior to working as a Physician Assistant, he worked as a healthcare administrator at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center and then as a healthcare consultant with Ernst & Young in New York City. He is a resident of Long Valley.
Barbara A. Carey, RN
A resident of New Jersey for 25 years, Barbara graduated with a BSN from the College of Mount Saint Vincent in New York City, and completed a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration from Long Island University. Prior to joining Dr. Muenzen in 1999, she worked as the Director of the Emergency Department at Columbia Presbyterian in New York City.
